Ayah is 63

It's Ayah's 63rd birthday today.
I love you Ayah.
I may not say it often, since you don't too but I do.
And I am happy to see that Huzaifah and you have formed such a close bonding, something that remind me of my own close bond with my own Tok Ayah. I know you spoil him rotten, but oh well... who am I to complain much when I too was spoiled rotten by my Tok Ayah
It's inherited, I guess - what with you being the eldest grandson and really close to your Tok Wan.
And then I too was the eldest granchild and grew really close to Tok Ayah.
And now Huzaifah and you.
It's a repetition of sort, but that's okay.
It's beautiful.

So Ayah, I make do'a that may you always feel the gentle cloak of Allah's rahmah and mawaddah on your shoulders, and may you be shielded, guided and protected by Allah all the time, along with all of us - Mak, your children, grandchildren, siblings and all...
